Consider asking for a room on a lower floor if the elevator is out. It can save time and stress during your stay.

Had an awesome trip here with friends! We visited the zoo and caught an event at Lucas Oil Stadium, both just a short drive away. The beds were super comfy, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Just a heads up, the parking situation can be tricky, so plan ahead!
We had an issue with ants in our room, which was pretty disappointing.

The room was clean and spacious for the three of us. The beds were super comfy, with different types of pillows to choose from, which was nice. The mattress felt good, but the AC was kind of loud. We did have to carry our stuff up to the third floor since the elevator was broken, but we knew about it ahead of time. Overall, a decent stay for the price!

comfortable stay but breakfast needs improvement
The King Room was spacious and very well laid out for comfort. The city view from my window was stunning, adding a nice touch to my stay. The self-service laundry facility was a lifesaver for my travel needs!
Breakfast options could have been fresher and better stocked.

missingWrote a review on Aug 22friendly staffconvenient locationmissing essentialspoor communicationlost items
The location is fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially during the busy Taylor Swift concert weekend. However, the experience was marred by the initial misinformation about room readiness and missing essentials upon check-in. It was frustrating to lose personal items without clear communication from the front desk, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a decent stay! The breakfast was surprisingly good for a hotel, and the rooms were clean. However, the small elevators were a bit of a hassle. I would consider staying here again.

missingWrote a review on Jul 29helpful staffgreat amenities
Great place with great amenities like 24-hour reception, self-service laundry, and a microwave. The staff even helped with my bags on my first stay. Highly recommend for a comfortable city break.

missingWrote a review on Jul 11elevator issues
The elevator malfunctioned during my stay, which meant hauling luggage up three flights of stairs—definitely a workout, but not ideal after a long journey. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, including hair in the shower and a clogged sink. Additionally, the parking situation is cramped, making it tricky to maneuver in and out. The noise from adjacent rooms during the night disrupted what should have been a restful sleep. Overall, a solid location doesn’t compensate for these significant drawbacks.

great downtown vibes with easy access to parks and food spots
the hotel's excellent downtown location made it super convenient for me to stroll around and discover landmarks like Monument Circle just under a kilometer away. The nearby Indianapolis City Market offered great dining options within a short walk. the king room I stayed in was very comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat after my excursions.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11good valuetoilet paper
It was just a well-suited match for a city trip in Indianapolis with very good value for money. I had to wait for someone at the front desk late at night for more toilet paper since we ran out and only had one roll. Parking is a hassle, so plan accordingly.
